Samsung vs Apple [IFA 2011 Edition]

Written by Rachid Otsmane-Elhaou. Posted in Android News

I’m sure most of you have heard that last week Samsung officially announced their new Android Galaxy devices. The Galaxy Note and the Galaxy Tab 7.7 (If not, you should really think about subscribing to our rss feed!). The new Galaxy Tab 7.7 is a pretty cool device, a portable size with a fantastic screen and internal specs.

If you have been following out Samsung vs Apple series of posts you’ll also know that Apple are not pleased about Samsung’s latest android tablet devices, nor their latest phones. Apple have already won an injunction against Samsung with regards to  the sale and promotion of their galaxy Tab 10.1 in Germany, and now Apple have won a second injunction against the newly announced Galaxy Tab 7.7 which again bans the sale and marketing of the device in germany. The biggest indication of this was the removal of the Galaxy Tab 7.7 display device from the show floor at IFA last week.

What are your thoughts on this latest attempt to block the sale of Samsung devices by Apple? Especially as the devices in question have pretty distinct and unique screen sizes…

Truth be told, this is not a….. WIN. It’s an automatically enforced instant injunction and can not even be contested by Samsung before going into effect immediately. So how is that a win? It’s not and should never be considered that until permanent injunctions have been issued by the court.

Like those permanent injunction decisions being rendered this Friday in Germany (even then they can be appealed). Apple was hoping Samsung would cave and seek a settlement in their favor. But now they’ve pushed chances of any settlement completely out of the question. Where now Samsung has no choice but to Smash CrApple’s freaking face in.

Apple is dealing with the 5th largest Corporate Conglomerate Family Owned (Privately held Chaebol like in Saudi Royal Family) in the World. Not just some other phone maker. Market Caps are all false bravado in the real product production business actually being performed by Samsung. Apple is only #1 Electronics in America. But they don’t even make one single part or product they sell in their own factories anywhere in the World. They don’t even rate in the Global scale of Privately Owned Businesses (like China State Oil, The Saudis, Samsung Group, etc). And please don’t feed us all that CrApple about their Market Cap being so high. Microsoft hit $500 Billion w/ far greater Net Asset Value over 10 yrs ago. Apple’s Market Cap hitting 5 times it’s Net Asset Value shows it to be extremely over valued compared to anything in present market. Especially since their Profits are all contained in Future Speculation of Earnings that may or may NOT materialize in the future!!! Market Cap? bahh….. humbug.. the Dreams of the Filthy Rich getting richer off CrApple’s Obscene Profits Smack out of their own abused user’s pockets!!!There are No Instant Winners or Money Makers in Reality and the dim witted investors and share holders that are the lamest “Get Rich Quick” schemers in the World, are the only ones that keep repeating these ignorant Market Cap figures anyway!!!  So… I say Samsung for the WIN….. why? Samsung, “Because All Your Bases and Parts are Belong To Us”….. you stupid iDiots!
