Samsung vs Apple [East Asian Edition]
We have to hand it to Apple, they certainly are persistent! Apple have now started legal proceedings against Samsung in the Tokyo District Court, looking to suspend the sales of Samsung Galaxy phones in Japan, as well as claiming 100 million yen ($1.3 million) in damages. The first hearing was held on Wednesday, but we’ll keep you up to date on this one as well as all the other places Apple are suing Samsung!
