Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 Is Real!
We all knew it was coming, and today the Samusung Galaxy Tab 8.9 has been confirmed at CTIA. This thing will be announced by Samsung tomorrow, this is just a small preview.
The Galaxy Tab 8.9 weighs 470g and 8.6 mm wide. Compare that to the iPad2 at 601g and 8.8mm! Win for the new android tablet! The screen has a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels (WXGA), with a dual-core processor running at 1 GHz, although we are not sure what CPU type is in there yet. The tablet will also run a customised Honeycomb build, something I’m very interested to see. Will Samsung screw up our much loved honeycomb?
